Richard Mundinger, CFA
Principal & Portfolio Manager
Richard brings four decades of investment management experience to serving clients for their planning and investing needs.
Mr. Mundinger has earned the right to use the Chartered Financial Analyst® (CFA®) designation and has written a variety of published articles on topics such as hedging concentrated stock positions, investment policy statements and asset allocation strategies. He graduated from the University of Toronto with a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance and is a Fellow of the Canadian Securities Institute.
When not advising investors, Richard enjoys spending time with his family, wife Kathy and children Clay and Erica, playing golf, training with kettlebells, and traveling. Richard is an active member of the Tucson community. He previously served on the Community Foundation of Southern Arizona Board of Trustees' finance, investment, and building committees, as well as being an active member of Rotary International.
Richard’s CFA Society of Tucson service led him to become the President’s Council Representative for the 16 western U.S. CFA Societies, responsible for facilitating communication with the Board of Governors. Since 2006, Richard has developed a worldwide network of CFA society members that encompass various parts of the portfolio management industry.
Ashlyn Tucker
Analyst
Ashlyn attended the University of Arizona's Eller College of Management and Honors College on a full tuition academic merit scholarship. She graduated in three years with her Bachelor of Science in Finance in 2022. Ashlyn went on to graduate from Eller's Master of Science in Finance program in 2023, and from there she joined RMH Investment.
Ashlyn has passed the CFA Level III exam and looks forward to applying for her charter once she reaches the required work experience. Ashlyn chose RMH for the opportunity to learn and gain valuable experience in securities markets, client relationships, and running an investment firm. She was also drawn in by the firm's high level of custom service and their priority on giving back to the local community.
Ashlyn is originally from central Indiana where she spent her whole life before moving to Tucson for college. Outside of work, Ashlyn enjoys running, working out, and watching a variety of sports from hockey to cycling and everything in between.
