When an individual chooses to become a client, we will then collect personal information that is required to create an account for them. We collect this information after we have gone over our service agreement and received their consent and signature. The information we collect includes things such as their birthday, social security number, phone number, bank account numbers, and mailing address. It is not our intention to solicit any of that personal information via our website. We only collect the necessary information to be able to serve our clients in day to day operations. We keep information records for at least 5 years to comply with RIA regulation, and typically 7 years in line with CFA Institute guidance. Clients and users may contact us if they have any questions on how their information is collected or stored.
Data Retention Policy
We retain personal information based on applicable regulations:

General Correspondence (Category A): We retain records for at least 7 years, in line with CFA Institute guidance and RIA (Registered Investment Adviser) requirement of retaining for at least 5 years.

Contact Form Submissions (Category B): For website users, we only collect names and email addresses when the contact form is used. For clients, we may collect additional data such as phone numbers, social security numbers, and birthdates for investment account setup, retained for at least 5 years.
